Ytech is committed to responsible investment and management practices that create value, improve the built environment, and enhance communities by providing healthy and safe places to live and work.
The Ytech Foundation distributes $1 million annually to provide deserving underserved families residing at Ytech multi-family communities with rent-free housing.
From Miami to Houston, Ytech team members enrich and support the communities in which they live and work. Our more than 150 employees in 25 cities are involved in their communities, whether to serve meals to the homeless or to use their skills to build a Habitat for Humanity home. Ytech has provided meals to more than 500 homeless people assisted by Chapman Partnership, a public-private organization for the homeless in Miami.
