Miami’s Urban Development Review Board voted unanimously yesterday to approve plans for a new Brickell tower called Seven Broadway.
Developer Ytech is moving forward with plans to build the new tower, which is being designed by New York architect Kohn Pedersen Fox.
According to the UDRB filing, Seven Broadway will rise 54 stories, or 682 feet above ground, and include:
113 residential units
193 parking spaces, including 1 basement level and 7 above ground levels
Amenities for residents are planned at levels 8, 49 and 50, including a rooftop pool at the top of the tower.
The design includes ten foot setbacks from all frontages to allow for large, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and landscaping.
Greenberg Traurig’s Carlos Lago represented the developer throughout the application process
“We’re proud to have represented Ytech in securing unanimous approval from the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board for Seven Broadway,” said Lago. “This project reflects the highest caliber of urban design and planning, thanks to the vision of Kohn Pedersen Fox and Ytech’s continued commitment to excellence.”
