On Wednesday, November 13, Ytech celebrated the groundbreaking of The Residences at 1428 Brickell at the future site of the ultra-luxury tower. There, guests enjoyed first-class service upon arrival to a red carpet walkway, where they then went on to enjoy signature bites and sips, live music, and a ceremonial shovel dig. After the dig, guests were guided to a nearby tent onsite to enjoy additional bites and champagne as they listened to remarks from Ytech CEO Yamal Yidios, Managing Partner of Cervera Real Estate Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, and Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica. Located along Brickell’s Millionaire’s Row, The Residences at 1428 Brickell will rise as a 70-story, 195-residence iconic centerpiece of the quintessential Miami skyline, becoming the first ever high-rise residential tower partially powered by the sun.
