Ytech Plans 54-Story Condo Tower in Brickell

Ytech is moving forward with a new luxury condominium development, 7 Broadway, located in Miami’s highly sought-after Brickell Financial District. The planned project will rise 54 stories and encompass 400,892 square feet. Set on just 20,000 square feet of land, the tower will include 113 residential condo units and 193 parking spaces.

The building will feature amenity decks on the eighth, 49th, and 50th floors, with the 50th floor offering a pool deck that provides expansive views of the city. Designed by renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates of New York, the structure will primarily offer larger units. Residences will range from 1,380 to 2,490 square feet, with select penthouses measuring up to 5,932 square feet. The unit mix includes 36 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units, 38 three-bedroom units, and three expansive penthouse residences.

Ytech acquired the project site for just over $8 million.

This development adds to Ytech’s growing presence in Brickell. The company is also currently building the 70-story Residences at 1428 Brickell, located only one block away from the new 7 Broadway site. Between the two Ytech projects, Mast Capital is developing the Cipriani Residences Miami, which is currently under construction.

With 7 Broadway, Ytech continues to shape the skyline of Miami’s Brickell District, reinforcing the area’s position as one of the premier urban living and business hubs in South Florida.
