Miami’s Brickell district is set to welcome a striking new addition to its skyline. Ytech, the developer behind some of the city’s most architectural residential projects, has officially unveiled plans for its latest tower: Seven Broadway.
Designed by the globally renowned Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), with landscape work by Enea, the tower promises to blend sharp, contemporary design with a refined sense of place. The submission to the Urban Development Review Board marks a key step forward—and a clear signal that Ytech is doubling down on its vision to shape the future of urban living in Miami.
If Seven Broadway represents what’s next, The Residences at 1428 Brickell is already rewriting the rules. Rising 70 stories above the bay, this under-construction tower is not only one of the most luxurious residential buildings in Miami—it’s also the first high-rise in the world designed to be powered in part by solar energy. Over 500 photovoltaic panels will be embedded into the building’s western façade, dubbed it’s “Solar Backbone” generating clean energy while giving the tower a signature glow at sunset.
“Ytech is proud to present our latest project to the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. This residential tower is the result of years of thoughtful study, design refinement, and a deep commitment to creating enduring architecture. Our focus remains clear: to design with intention, build with integrity, and uphold an unwavering standard of quality. With the Board’s support, we look forward to contributing to Miami’s architectural evolution – and fulfilling our role in shaping the future it represents,” said Yamal Yidios, CEO of Ytech.
The residences at 1428 Brickell—just under 200 in total—range from expansive two-bedrooms to soaring penthouses, including a 12,000-square-foot residence with 30-foot ceilings and a $60 million price tag. With interiors by ACPV Architects, the amenity program will span more than 80,000 square feet and will include everything from rooftop pools and a wine-tasting salon to private dining rooms and wellness suites.
Slated for completion in 2027, 1428 Brickell is where elegance meets innovation—ushering in a new era of skyline living in the Magic City. Now with a new sister next door, Seven Broadway continues Ytech’s vision of timeless design and architectural distinction in the heart of Brickell.
